Using Private Label Articles to Gain Links for Search Engine Optimization and Article Marketing

Private label articles are articles that you are free to do with as you like - add your name to them, re-write them, claim them as your own. Many websites today are promoting PLR or private label rights articles and e-books but unless you know how to use them you could do more harm than good.
Private Label Articles and Duplicate Content
If you have done any research into search engine optimization then one of the things you will have probably seen is the warnings regarding duplicate content. Private label articles as they stand are duplicate content, however, you have the right to re-write them and if you want to use them to get quality links to your website quickly then this is what you need to do. You need to ensure that each article is re-written in different words so that it does not get picked up by the search engines as duplicate content.
Although re-writing may seem difficult, the advantage of using PLR articles for this is that you will not need to do any research because everything has been done for you - you just need to take what is already there and put it into your own words.

Once you have a collection of PLR and public domain articles to re-write, you should also ensure that you re-write them using good search engine optimization practices which will enable you to be easily found on the search engines. 

Private label rights articles and public domain works make article marketing a lot easier as much of the research has been done for you and in general all you will need to do is re-write what you have been given. They will also give you plenty of ideas of subject titles for your articles and larger books and e-books can be broken down into smaller chapters to present as articles. This enables you to quickly build up the number of quality links you have to your website and so improve your search engine optimization.
